Sarah Ryckman

Sarah Ryckman holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University, an Honours degree in History with a minor in Business Marketing from the University of Guelph, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Fanshawe College. She is also a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) through the HRPA.

With eight years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Sarah is skilled in enhancing workforce performance and nurturing a positive organizational culture. She has expertise in managing the entire employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on attracting, retaining, and efficiently filling roles with top talent. Known for her keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills, Sarah has contributed to the development and revision of company policies to ensure alignment with current employment law standards.
